1. About Persuit Co.

Persuit Co. is a luxury menswear brand operating in the United Arab Emirates, offering made-to-measure, bespoke, and ready-to-wear garments. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before production commences for made-to-measure orders.

For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders with outstanding payment may be cancelled.

3. Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Orders

Made-to-measure and bespoke garments are crafted specifically for each customer according to their measurements and specifications. Production typically takes 21 business days from measurement confirmation.

Due to the custom nature of these garments, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. We offer complimentary alterations to ensure a perfect fit after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their measurements are accurate. Persuit Co. is not liable for fitting issues arising from inaccurate customer-provided measurements.

4. Returns & Alterations

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Persuit Co. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, and trademarks — is the property of Persuit Co. and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Persuit Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
