Our Fit Guarantee
Every made-to-measure and bespoke garment comes with our complimentary alteration service. If your garment does not fit to your satisfaction upon delivery, we will alter it at no additional cost. Your perfect fit is our commitment.
Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Returns
Due to the custom nature of made-to-measure and bespoke garments, these orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. However, we offer:
- Complimentary alterations — unlimited fitting adjustments within 30 days of delivery
- Remake guarantee — if a garment has a manufacturing defect, we will remake it at no charge
- Stylist consultation — a complimentary follow-up fitting appointment to review and refine the fit
Ready-to-Wear Returns
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Items are returned in their original packaging
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Alteration Service
We offer a professional alteration service for all garments, whether purchased from us or elsewhere.
- In-store alterations available at our Dubai showroom
- Home visit alteration service available in selected areas
- Alterations on non-Persuit garments are charged separately
- Turnaround time: 5-7 business days for most alterations

Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-measure and bespoke garments (subject to fit guarantee above)
- Fabric purchased by the metre
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered outside our service
How to Return or Request an Alteration
Contact our team at contact@persuit.co or via WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return or alteration request. Our team will arrange collection or a fitting appointment.
